Other things to note Wellington – If you are considering going to Florida but can’t decide which town to rent a house in, Wellington is the best place to be. Luxury lifestyle and a lot of entertainment for every age and purpose in and near Wellington. There are plenty of amusement parks, 3 water parks, and it’s just 15 minutes to the beach and ocean activities, plus museums and non-stop experiences. Free parking almost everywhere, it is a very safe town with A-rated schools. Pets are welcome! About food, you don’t need to think twice: great prices, best quality, and hundreds of variations for your taste. We equip our houses with family activities for all ages. You can find a romantic spot in the house, outdoor movie theaters for watching sports and games, and games, games, games to keep the family spirit strong. 🔥 Pool Heating Policy The pool is heated to 80°F at no charge. If you'd like it warmer, a $20/day heating fee applies for temperatures above 80°F. Please notify the host immediately if you experience any issues with the pool so we can resolve them quickly. 🚨 Important House Rules ⏰ Late Checkout A minimum $150 fee will be charged for check-outs after 11:00 AM unless previously approved by the host. 👶 Child Safety This home is not childproofed. Children must be supervised at all times. 🧼 Cleaning & TVs No daily cleaning is included. Check the Tourist Portal for local service options. All TVs are ROKU Smart TVs (no cable). 🚭 Smoking & Substances No smoking inside or outside the home. No marijuana or illegal substances permitted. 🚫 Parties & Noise This is a no-party property. While our neighbors are aware this is a rental, they are not tolerant of loud noise or disruptive behavior.
