The space This is a wonderful place to stay whether you are visiting the area to explore Louisville, or you will be in town for work and want endless food and entertainment options right in your neighborhood after a long day. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, living area with Roku TV, comfortable queen-sized beds with 100% linen bedding, and a fenced-in outdoor area with seating. Up to 2 dogs welcome. Dog door accommodates medium sized dogs up to approximately 70 pounds. Dog door and small, fenced-in yard are perfect for dogs to go outside to do their business. However, the smaller yard may not be sufficient for larger dogs to get their required daily exercise (there is a dog park about half a mile away!). Guest access You will access the single story home by going up just a few steps to the front porch. You will check in using a smart lock with a unique code created for every guest. Other things to note Piano in picture was replaced with a keyboard. There is a possibility of street noise or noise from pedestrians, particularly on weekends when local business is at its peak. There are two security cameras on the property's exterior. One camera is in the side yard overlooking the back entrance to the house and the dog door.
