A private room, office space and wifi included. A large window lets light into the room. In this apartment located on the ground floor there are 5 bedrooms, including yours and each bedroom locks. You'll share the kitchen, a large fridge, and 2 bathrooms with other guests. You are a 10-minute walk from Assomption metro station. Beautiful comfortable, convenient place. A perfect pied-à-terre! The space It is therefore possible that other guests may have a pet with them in their room. Guest access In order for everyone to enjoy the common areas, your cooperation is requested to contribute to your well-being and that of your co-tenants. You are asked to follow a few simple rules of conduct, such as follows: - Clean used dishes immediately after your meal - Put away dishes once washed - Respect common areas (do not leave your shoes or personal items there), - Take out the garbage when it is full (in the large green and black bins outside) - Rinse the bathtub after use and do not leave hair in the bathtub - Remove the charpie from the dryer filter after each use. Thank you in advance for your valuable collaboration! During your stay I am present when you arrive as well as when you leave. In between, I can be reached by phone, text message and/or email. Looking forward to welcoming you :) Other things to note PETS: your dog or cat is welcome. Note, however, that out of respect for the next occupants, ozone treatment will be required at the time of your departure. Such treatment requires specialized equipment and entails a fee that we will ask you to assume, in addition to the rental. Ozone eliminates any allergens and eliminates odors that your pet may cause. Ozone treatment costs $200 plus tax and is payable on the day of your arrival, or via the Airbnb platform if you prefer. Notwithstanding the ozone treatment, you remain responsible for any damage your little companion may cause and you are required to pick up their droppings outside or keep their litter box clean during your stay.
