The space FLATS UBERLÂNDIA OUR STYLE: Following the trend of COMPACT APARTMENTS, located in strategic points of the great world capitals, such as Tokyo and New York, FLATS UBERLÂNDIA are modern, super-functional, beautifully decorated and cozy apartments, with everything you need to feel at home. LOCATION: Because they are located in a CENTRAL REGION OF THE CITY, our flats are surrounded by all kinds of commerce and services, such as bakeries, supermarkets, gyms, shops, bars and restaurants. It is ideal for those who need to move easily and quickly to any point in the city. The neighborhood is usually safe and the street is well lit. OUR STRUCTURE: Our 18 apartments are all located on the first and second floors of a newly built building at Rua Duque de Caxias, 780. Their size varies between 12 and 14 m2 and all of them have the same structure and amenities, namely: bathroom with electric shower, blindex box, bath and face towels, bed with 1.20 m wide spring mattress, sheet, duvet, 2 pillows, window with shutter, smart TV with access to closed channels, split air-conditioning, small wardrobe, work/dining bench, kitchen equipped with minibar or refrigerator, microwave, cabinet, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, 2-burner induction stove, basic kitchen utensils, dish towel, dish drainer, water filter, intercom. The decor of the first-floor flats is a little different from the second floor, but both are quite clean and tasteful, as you can see in the photos in the listing. We have a LAUNDRY with a washer-dryer machine that can be used at no additional cost, and its hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The opening and closing of the laundry room are automated, with the sole objective of ensuring that its operating hours are met, so as not to disturb guests with noise. Brooms, squeegees, cleaning cloths and collapsible clotheslines are also available for your use in the laundry room. If you need to hang your clothes on the clothesline, you must take it to your flat and return it to the laundry room after use. We also have, in the laundry room, an iron and an ironing board that must be used in the same place. IN THE MINI-BAR OR REFRIGERATOR, if you find it convenient, you can purchase some food and beverages that are available and pay for them separately. CLEANING THE FLATS AND CHANGING BED AND BATH LINEN: If you chose the standard rate, apartment cleaning and change of bed and bath linens is not included, but you can hire this service for an additional fee. BREAKFAST Only the premium rate includes breakfast, which is served in the apartment and includes fruit, yogurt, coffee, cappuccino, milk, ham, cheese, French bread, cheese bread, cake, jam and butter, but you can also contract this service for an additional fee. THE INTERNET: Our guests have access to 2 high-speed corporate internet networks interconnected in an efficient logical network, all designed to avoid connection problems and make the most of their stay, especially for those who come to work or study. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: We have adopted the self check-in and check-out system to facilitate your arrival and departure, and the information regarding them is sent to the guest on the morning of the check-in day. Check-in can be done between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. and check-out by 11 a.m. PARKING: Our parking lot is 50 meters from the flats, the spaces are covered and the location is gated. If you will need to use the parking lot, please let us know in advance so we can leave the gate control for you at check-in. INTERNAL RULES AND SECURITY: Valuing the comfort, safety and well-being of guests, we only host one person per flat and do not allow visitors or smoking inside the apartments.
