Large living room, kitchen, two double bedrooms (with double bed) and full bathroom, with bathtub. The house has a large parking area, uncovered, at its entrance. The Villa is located in Artola Alta; it is an exclusive and very quiet area. It is very close to Cabopino beach, the marina and the Artola Dunes nature reserve. It is ideally located within driving distance of all amenities. You can find supermarkets, a restaurant, pharmacy and bus stop nearby.
