The space CityLoginn is a new modern accommodation located in a traditional Agency House building in the heart of Närpiö, more precisely in former tax office premises. When the “centralization” of tax offices took place in Närpö and everything was moved to Vaasa, we began to think about how we could take advantage of the large spaces that were released. We noticed that more and more people were working away from their hometown and that the need for short term stays was increasing. In addition, we found that more and more visitors who visited family and friends wanted to live independently during their visit. That insight led us to create rooms especially for short stays. Imagine staying in an old tax manager's room or spending time in spacious common areas where thousands of jerks tax cases have been processed. These large social spaces, furnished with comfortable sofas and tables, as well as fully equipped kitchens with multiple stoves and microwaves, provide the perfect opportunity to socialize with others while enjoying your own private room. STAY There are 15 "hotel rooms" in CityLoginn, two of which are family rooms and two rooms are allowed to bring pets. All rooms have high-quality beds. 9 rooms have a 120 cm wide bed + sofa bed (single room), 4 rooms have 2 beds (double room) and two family rooms have 3 80 cm beds + sofa bed. The space has 4 showers and 4 toilets. Guests have access to a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The staircase has lockable cabinets, one for each room where you can store things like outdoor clothes, boots, tools, or other items that are not wanted to be kept in the rooms. Each room has its own minibar and, moreover, the kitchen has a fridge and freezer. Parking with a motorized heater is always included in the booking.
