Valérie and Nicolas welcome you to the Gîte des Hirondelles, a beautiful 1890 residence in the heart of the village of Daumeray, an ideal place to comfortably gather families, friends and professional groups up to 14 people with 6 spacious bedrooms. We offer: linen included, fireplace with wood optional, late check-out 4 p.m., enclosed garden with patio, and pets welcome. An authentic setting to share precious moments, in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The space Living spaces and amenities The gîte includes 6 spacious bedrooms, each carefully furnished, to ensure your well-being and privacy. Upon arrival, you will find the beds already made, as well as all the linens (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats) included in the service. To enhance your moments of relaxation, a cozy living room is equipped with a fireplace, where you can enjoy the warmth of the fire with a supplement of €10/night to be paid on site. A late check-out, possible until 4 p.m., will allow you to extend your moments of rest without constraint. Kitchen and supplies A large, well-equipped kitchen provides you with everything you need to prepare delicious meals: large countertops, gas stovetops, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, various cooking utensils and plenty of dishes. Local shops are within walking distance, to facilitate your daily shopping, and you can also stock up on organic products from the local farm at the end of our street, reflecting the terroir and quality of Angevin gastronomy. Outdoor spaces and conviviality Outside, the enclosed and secure garden with patio invites you to enjoy the great outdoors in peace. This space, ideal for outdoor dining, moments of sharing or family games, will delight young and old. Pets are also welcome, so everyone can enjoy a peaceful vacation. Rates and flexibility Our sliding rates are designed with complete transparency, with a grid adapted to the season and the duration of your stay. The options, firewood or pet supplement, will allow you to compose the stay that suits you. Whether it's a festive weekend or a longer stay, we adapt to your needs to make your visit an unforgettable one.
