Coming to enjoy Basbeball Season, home is walkable (1.5 Mile) to Surprise Baseball field. Close to Surprise community park with walking trails, fishing and play ground. When requesting your dates and traveling with your fur baby pls include breed, weight and age for approval. The space Large 3 bedroom 2 bath pool and jacuzzi home on corner lot. Extra sitting room off livingroom for a little extra space. No access to garage Guest access No garage access Other things to note Happy to heat pool and or jacuzzi for an additional charge of $100 for a 2 day stay. (I.e $50 per day for heating). We control heat via an app and we set it to a schedule. Pool heat will be on over night heated to 80 degrees. Jacuzzi will heat 6am-9am for morning coffee and 6pm-9pm for evening fun. This seems to have been working for most guests however we can always extend hours to start early for evening or stay later in morning. Can not heat both at same time. 1 Pet is welcome with size and breed restrictions. Max weight to be considered is 30lbs. No aggressive breeds considered. Thank you for understanding.
