Guest access Access can be made by Hwy 403 (5 mins by car) or by the Burlington GO Station (2 mins by car/17 mins on foot). After arriving, park in the lot around the back of the building. Go up the wooden stairs at the back to the entry door marked Unit 2. Automated self-check-in is in place. Guests have access to all areas of this second-floor apartment, plus one included parking spot. Please treat the space with respect and do not wear outdoor shoes throughout the apartment. There is a business below, please be mindful of noise levels during business hours. Other things to note External security cameras provide assurance at all hours. And for those inclined, designated smoking areas are located outside. Guests are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used. About our cleaning fees: In prep for every guest, professional cleaners scour every inch of our properties, following strict cleaning manuals that stipulate every detail, from how the towels are set to how the bed looks. This includes sanitizing all touchpoints/surfaces. Providing our guests with the cleanest, most-comfortable stay is non-negotiable for us and so we must charge cleaning fees.
