The space Use of Electricity: Electricity on the island is expensive, so most rentals charge separately for it. Your rental rate includes a daily allowance of 65 kWh. If you exceed this limit, an additional fee of $0.40 USD per extra kWh will apply. Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out. To help stay within the allowance, please use air conditioning only when needed and turn off lights and fans when not in use. Other things to note House Rules Please keep noise to a minimum between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect our neighbors. No smoking inside the house. A fine will be charged if this rule is violated. No pets allowed. Please use the air conditioning and electricity responsibly. Dispose of trash in designated bins. Treat the home and its amenities with care.
