This perfect spot on Spofford Lake will have you coming back every year to make memories without giving up the comfort of home. There's so much to enjoy: from a cup of coffee sitting on the beach, to swimming, kayaking, paddle-boating, enjoying sunsets while making s-mores for the kids at the campfire, grilling burgers with family and friends, and even streaming your favorite shows on a rainy day. The space We are a small HOA on Spofford Lake consisting of 14 cottages. All of our cottages come equipped with a kitchenette and bathroom with shower. We have heat for cold nights and AC for the hot nights. Guest access Guests are invited to use all outdoor picnic areas, BBQ grills, the beach, kayaks, canoes, paddle boats, life vests and beach toys. ***Visitors of our guests are not permitted on the beach*** Other things to note We offer daily boat slip rentals for $15/day. Some of our cottages allow dogs. Please visit our dog policy. A dog fee of $100 will be added to your booking. There are propane grills throughout the property, including one at the beach. Pack-n-Play available upon request. $15 Cleaning Fee
