I warmly welcome you to my home. I live here with my cat Joschi in the house that I lovingly renovated. It's quiet and comfortable here and yet we're not far from Memmingen. Bathing lake in 10 minutes by bike. Memmingen and airport approx.: 15 min Leutkirch 20 minutes and Kempten 35 minutes The space Welcome to Unterallgäu – your retreat in Aitrach Experience peace and nature in picturesque Aitrach, located directly on the Iller. My lovingly converted house offers you and your fellow travelers space to escape from everyday life and unwind. Enjoy the view of the Allgäu panorama and use the proximity to the river for walks, hikes or bike rides. Aitrach is the ideal place to slow down. You will find numerous excursion destinations in the area: Memmingen with historic old town (approx. 15 minutes) Lake Constance (approx. 1 hour) Allgäu Alps for hiking and skiing In the village there is a bakery, butcher shop, Edeka, restaurants as well as a bus stop and train station. The airport and Memmingen City can be reached in 15 minutes. I look forward to your visit! Dominik Guest access You can access the house at any time using a pin. You are welcome to park your car in my yard free of charge. Your room is on the first floor, the second door on the right. (Room 2) During your stay I live in the house myself - depending on how busy it is, other guests may also be present. An additional guest room is also rented out, so you share the home with me and possibly other guests. I usually stay in the background so that you can enjoy your stay undisturbed. If you have any questions or need help, I'm happy to help you at any time. I look forward to nice encounters – feel free to talk to me if you feel like it. Since I have many hobbies and am often on the go, you will probably only see me rarely. Other things to note You have your own room available. You share the kitchen, bathroom and living area with me and possibly other guests. My cat Joschi lives in the household. She is not allowed in the guest room, but cat hair cannot be completely avoided in the house - please take this into account if you have allergies. Transport connections: Hourly bus to Memmingen & Leutkirch (Sat/Sun every 2 hours) Aitrach-Marstetten train station in approx. 20 minutes on foot, with hourly train connections throughout Germany Equipment: Washing machine & dryer for longer stays Fresh bed linen & towels included Fully equipped kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine and selection of teas Smart TV & fast WiFi (own streaming registration) E-Mobility: A 22 kW Type 2 wallbox is available on site.
