Unplug yourself from hustle and bustle in our fully equipped & contemporary beach front condo located in a small fishing village of San Crisanto on the Emerald Coast. This condo is spacious, serene & welcomed by miles long beach line with spectacular ocean views on one side & flamingo inhabited pink lagoons on the other side. We invite you to enjoy our comfortable space with tranquil landscapes watching humming birds, flamingos flying over & listening to the ocean waves right from the balcony. The space The beachfront condo is on the 3rd floor. The beautiful sunrise and sunset views with the ocean breeze make it a perfect relaxing place. The condo has 3 bedrooms, the 2 bedrooms are furnished with 3 beds. Master bedroom has a king bed overlooking the ocean with an ensuite bathroom with his and her sinks. The 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds overlooking the pink flamingo lagoons with an ensuite bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is perfect for storing your luggage and drying the clothes offering beautiful views of the pink flamingo lagoons. The living room and kitchen are fully equipped to make your morning coffee, prepare your meals and relax after a sun soaked day. All rooms have their own air conditioners. If you open the glass windows with screens on, the natural ocean breeze makes it meditative by bringing in good energy and relaxation. The starlink internet gives you hi speed wi-fi in the condo. There's a hot water tank for hot water and also a dishwasher to wash the dishes. The balcony is very spacious with spectacular views and comfy furniture and loungers. The shared pool is awesome to do laps and also has a shared hot tub for relaxing. Please note the building doesn't have an elevator so stairs need to be taken up and down from the condo on 3rd floor. There is 24 hour security at the building.  Guest access The guests have access to the entire condo. Its 1600 sq ft overlooking the ocean except for a small closet with owners stuff in it. There are two bathrooms available for use by the pool area (please bring down your own toilet paper as there may not be any). There is open sandy area to play between the pool and ocean. Other things to note San Crisanto fishing village is away from the hustle and bustle. There's no public transportation or taxis. Guests need to have their own car to enjoy this beautiful experience. There is only local tiendas for grocery basics in the village. Closest bigger store is Willy's and Dunosusa in Telchac Puerto. It is recommended to shop in Merida, Progreso or Motul before coming to San Crisanto for groceries if you like big store like Soriana, Chedraui, Walmart etc. There's untouched sea shells all around. San Crisanto is a small fishing village and the beaches here are untouched, you get to relax on the virgin beaches with almost the beach to yourself, its already mentioned in the description. The grass on the beach is actually the sea grass from the North Winds (Norte) that Gulf of Mexico experiences in the winters. The coast is turtle nesting coast, so the sea grass is extremely important for the turtles. The condo is on the 3rd floor and there's no access to the elevator, guests have to take stairs up and down. There is an opening to the elevator shaft on every level of the five story building as the elevator is not in place yet. There are two unoccupied buildings on either side of our building as they aren't finished yet and no construction is happening in them yet. There is construction two lots over from ours so there may be some noise from it. Electricity, ac usage is included in the nightly rate at a moderate/nominal consumption. Any overusage for example leaving the acs on when gone outside etc, will be charged to the guests.
