Unique summer house

Fantastic newly built architect-designed cottage with a unique location. There are views of the sea, Barsø, fields and forests. Peacefully situated without close neighbors. Beautiful terrace with lovely surroundings. Wild nature, which is beautiful no matter the season you visit the house! The space The main house is 120 sqm. There are three rooms. Two of the rooms with 140 cm beds, the last bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a cot standing up against the bed. There are two bathrooms. There is a large kitchen/family room with a small staircase down into the living room. There is a fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, and induction. Basic kitchen utensils. Piston pitcher and coffee maker. Hallway with washer and dryer. There is a high chair and high chair in the shed. Large terrace around the house with outdoor furniture on both seats and a large barbecue. If you use up the last gas, you change the new gas bottle yourself. The annex is 40 sqm. There is a bedroom with a 180 cm bed, as well as a bathroom. There is a small living room where there is also a loft with two mattresses of 90 cm. There is a swing set, slide, sandbox and a toy in the garden. There is a fire pit. We want the garden to be wild and have made perennial beds with flowers for the butterflies and bees. In addition, the grounds are filled with wild blackberries. We have charging stations for electric cars. If you need to charge, there is a self-payment of DKK 3 per kWh. We have an app where we can see how many kWh are used during the stay, and it is settled via Airbnb. Guest access The entire cottage with annex is rented
