Occupancy restriction: Per Seattle zoning regulations, no more than 8 unrelated individuals may stay in the home. Larger groups must confirm they meet this requirement. Triple-sheet bedding system: We use hotel-style triple sheeting for maximum cleanliness. This means no fitted sheets or duvet covers, ensuring all linens are freshly laundered between guests. Guest pricing: The base rate includes 4 guests. Additional guests are $25 per person per night to cover extra utilities, supplies, and wear and tear. Please message us in advance to confirm available check-in time. No Shoes Indoors: Kindly remove your shoes inside the home to help keep the space clean. No Smoking Indoors: Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected. Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM out of respect for neighbors. No Parties or Events: We do not allow parties or unauthorized gatherings. Trash Disposal: Please separate trash and recycling into the proper bins. If unsure, leave it in the indoor cans—our cleaners will take care of it. Lost & Found: We cannot guarantee that lost items will be recovered. If found, items can be shipped for a $35 handling fee plus shipping costs. Items are held for up to 2 weeks after checkout, after which they may be donated or discarded. No Mailbox Access: Mailbox access is not provided for short-term stays.
