Cozy central apartment with balcony in Wiedikon

We rent out our cozy 75 sqm apartment with balcony in the heart of Wiedikon, as we are often out and about on weekends. The space The apartment has a bedroom with a king size double bed, a guest room with a very comfortable sofa bed and a living room. It is fully equipped, including a Sonos system in all rooms and a projector in the living room. In addition, there is a bathroom, a separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. The balcony overlooks the charming Goldbrunnenplatz. In the immediate vicinity is the Lochergut with numerous bars and restaurants within walking distance. A tram stops right outside the door and offers excellent connections to the main train station and Bellevue (lake and old town). If necessary, our two bicycles can be rented, with which the lake can be reached in 10-15 minutes. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. Other things to note IMPORTANT * This is our private apartment, which is located in a residential area, so we ask you to observe the quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am. * The house is a multi-family home. We ask you to refrain from loud music/parties in our apartment. * Check-in and check-out are flexible. This means we will try to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. If feasible, we are happy to allow an early check-in or late check-out. For this, please simply make a direct agreement with us.
