Enjoy quality time with board games and playing cards, or relax outside on the patio with comfortable seating, a barbecue grill, and a fire pit. 💼 Work-Friendly Amenities For our traveling professionals, we offer a dedicated workspace with a desk, office chair, dry erase board, calendar, complimentary pen and notepad, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Stay energized with our Keurig coffee station, fully stocked with a variety of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate pods, along with creamer, sugar, and honey. 🛁 Comfort & Convenience Make yourself at home with access to a washer and dryer, laundry pods, iron, ironing board, and handheld steamer. You’ll also find a personal fan, hair dryer, towel warmer, and cozy robes. We’ve stocked the bathrooms with dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as complimentary toiletries for your convenience. 🚫 Important Guidelines • No events, parties, or private chefs permitted • Limit: 2 cars in driveway ONLY • No street parking • Please do not block neighbors’ mailboxes or driveways We’re excited to host you and are confident you’ll love every moment of your stay! Guest access Guest Access Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry room, and outdoor patio with a fire pit and grill. Please note that the garage is not accessible and will remain locked during your stay. 🚗 Parking & Driveway Details You’re welcome to park up to two (2) vehicles in the driveway. Please be aware that the driveway is steep, so we recommend pulling in slowly and carefully—especially for low-profile vehicles or if your car is heavily loaded. While driveway parking is preferred, limited street parking is available if needed. If parking on the street, please be courteous: • Avoid blocking neighbors’ driveways or mailboxes • Park in front of the home whenever possible • Be mindful of any posted parking regulations We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation—it helps us maintain a great experience for you and our neighbors! Other things to note ⭐️ Your health, safety, and comfort are our top priorities. We follow a thorough cleaning and sanitizing process after every check-out, ensuring the space is fresh, clean, and ready for each new guest. ⭐️ Please keep in mind that this is a privately owned home, not a hotel. We kindly ask that you treat the space with the same care and respect you would your own home, so we can continue offering a welcoming experience to all. ⭐️ Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the home for your safety and ours. There are no cameras inside the home. ⭐️ Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels to ensure a peaceful experience for everyone in the neighborhood. ⭐️ The home is equipped with smart home features (e.g., smart locks, thermostat). Instructions will be provided for easy use. ⭐️ We provide basic supplies to get you started—like paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and coffee pods—but for longer stays, you may need to restock items as needed. ⭐️ Occasional yard maintenance or trash pick-up may occur during your stay.
