Access to Common Areas To access all common areas of the complex, wearing a wristband is mandatory. It will be provided at the reception and costs 200 Dominican pesos per person. 2. Guest Registration It is very important to include the exact number of guests in the same reservation, to avoid issues at the entrance of the Marbella complex. Additionally, we require the full names of all guests in order to send the necessary information to the complex administration. 3. Air Conditioning Usage The air conditioning system is centralized and programmed to operate between 71 and 77 degrees Fahrenheit, according to our policy of including electricity in your stay. Due to the high cost of electricity, setting the temperature below this range is not allowed. Doing so may activate the protection mode and cause the system to stop working. The apartment is located right by the sea. Due to this location, some metal surfaces may occasionally show minor signs of rust over time. This is completely normal, as the sea salt can affect certain iron materials within just a few days. Please do not set the air conditioning below 15 °C (59 °F).
