Casa Boco: On the Seashore

Casa Boco is a place where you come to unwind and enjoy the peaceful oasis that our terrace has to offer. This beach-inspired home has a total of 5 bedrooms/5 baths. The main house offers 3 bedrooms and the guest house has 2 separate studio apartments. You will wake up to a gorgeous view of the Burgeaux Bay and enjoy the best sunsets Sint Maarten has to offer! Located in Beacon Hill, Casa Boco is only a 5 to 15 minute walk to 2 spectacular beaches nearby; Simpson Bay Beach and Maho Beach. The space Casa Boco has undergone some recent renovations. All common areas and bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. The kitchen has all new appliances - glasses, dishes, cutlery and utensils are all provided. The property offers 3 smart televisions for your entertainment and strong Wi-Fi connectivity is available throughout the home. There is parking available for up to 3 cars. It is recommended that guests rent a car during their stay as public transportation and taxis are about a 15-20 minute walk away. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the property. Other things to note We want all of our guests to have a great time, however Casa Boco is not set-up to be a party house. Casa Boco is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so if you intend on partying until the early morning hours, then this is not where you want to be. There needs to be absolutely no music/noise on the patio/pool area after 11:00 pm.
