Hello! This bright and comfortable apartment will make you experience Rome like a local! It's quiet and peaceful, you'll feel right at home making your stay unforgettable! It is strategically located, surrounded by bars, restaurants and green areas. A stone's throw from the house is the Basilica of San Paolo, the largest after St. Peter's! A unique sight, especially at sunset! It is a 10-minute walk from the Marconi and San Paolo metro stops! The Colosseum is just 4 stops away! The space Welcome! This comfortable and quiet apartment has all the comforts you need! It is located on the second floor of an elegant and quiet building with an elevator. It consists of a very bright living room with kitchen, a balcony and two bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Entering the house you access a small common area between two apartments, both managed by me, where you will find both games and books to enjoy moments of leisure, fun and culture! The Sunrise apartment is the first front door, you enter the living room with kitchen, a super bright environment thanks to the large windows overlooking the balcony. From the living room, the two doors of the bedrooms open, both double and each with its own private bathroom with shower! The apartment has just been renovated, the work was finished in July 2024, it is completely new with all kinds of comforts, from air conditioning to a washing machine with dryer and iron. Come and enjoy this unique experience! Guest access Guests have full exclusive access to the entire apartment! At check-in, by law, I will have to register all guests' documents on the website of the municipality of Rome. Other things to note If you need an early check-in, please let me know in advance. I am flexible and happy to help you, as long as it is compatible with previous reservations and check-outs! Check-in is by 8:00 p.m. If you arrive after this time, check-in is not guaranteed. You should let me know in advance, and I will evaluate based on the arrival time and the day if I can get it done. In the event that I am able to check you in after 8:00 p.m., you will be asked for a supplement of €50 or €100 based on the time of arrival.
