The space A quiet house on the ground floor with an exposed wooden roof, large living area and two bedrooms (one with the possibility of separating the double bed), air conditioning, mosquito nets and Wi-Fi. Away from the hustle and bustle, it's a great place to relax as a couple, with family and friends. Outside, there is a fenced garden (safe for children) and equipped for relaxing, sunbathing, lunch or dinner outdoors. Depending on the season, you can take advantage of the vegetable garden! In addition to the proximity to the sea, the location is strategic for discovering the territory: historical-artistic and natural beauties, food and wine itineraries). If you love cycling, you will be happy: the Tagliamento River is accessible from the common parking lot, the embankment can be cycled to Lignano Sabbiadoro or you can head north. In the garage, you can store your bicycles and find tools that can be useful. Guest access Two reserved parking spaces: one in front of the house and one in the common space of the residential complex. NB: The house was not specifically designed for people with motor disabilities. The living area is certainly accessible while for the sleeping area and bathrooms the doors are 78 cm wide.
