Hello and welcome to the Hooga Home! We're located on the 44th floor of Horizon 101 in the heart of Cebu City. "Hooga" (hygge) is a Danish concept that means warmth, coziness, and friendliness that brings joy and contentment. Our unit offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and local charm. It has a breathtaking view of the city and the longest bridge, the CCLEX. Whether you're an adventurer, a business traveler, or just looking for a cozy place, you are welcome to stay. The space The unit is tastefully decorated, offering comfortable sleeping arrangements. The dining table that doubles as a work table is situated near the window giving you a view of the cityscape and the longest bridge in the Philippines to date, the CCLEX. Our kitchen provides the essentials for preparing simple meals like the electric kettle, microwave, rice cooker, electric stove, and a full set of plates and glasses. This space is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Guest access Guests can access the swimming pool and gym found on the ninth ground floor. There is also a little playground on the same floor beside the swimming pool. Lockout Policy – Please Read Carefully To ensure a smooth and comfortable stay, please take note of our lockout and key policy: Key Responsibility Guests are responsible for keeping the key safe at all times. Always double-check before leaving the unit to ensure you have the key with you. Locked Out? If you lock yourself out or leave the key inside the unit: • During regular hours (9am–9pm): We’ll do our best to assist you as soon as possible, depending on availability. • After-hours (9pm–9am): Emergency key service may not be available. In this case, you may need to wait until the morning or contact a local locksmith at your own expense. Locksmith services typically charge between ₱500–₱1500. Any damage caused by forced entry or lost keys will be charged to the guest. ✅ Tips to Avoid Lockouts • Always keep the key in a consistent place (e.g. your bag or pocket). • Avoid leaving the key inside the lock or on furniture near the door. • If you’re traveling with others, consider designating a keyholder. We truly want you to have a safe and pleasant stay, and policies like this help ensure fairness and clarity for both guests and hosts. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Other things to note Guests must provide a copy of their ID 24 hours before arrival for building requirements and guest records. Important Policy to Follow Guest bringing visitors up their room w/o permission or valid reason like (senior/children assistance, other emergency reasons) 2k/pax. Guest Visitors staying beyond quite hours 10pm-6am with complaints from neighbors / condo Admin will incur a fine of 5000.00 Losing your key card or room key will incur a fee of P5000. Please return both to the lobby receptionist at check-out. SMOKING & ODORS: Smoking indoors is prohibited. We discourage the consumption of food with strong odors inside the room, as it may leave an unpleasant smell. Any violations will incur a special cleaning fee of 2,000 PHP, along with any additional expenses related to cleaning time and supplies. Stains: Charges for stains on linens range from 500 to 1,500 PHP, depending on the severity of the stain. Additional fees will apply if we need to dispose of and replace the linen. eplace the linen.
