You will get a unique door code to access the condo. Boats and bot trailers are only allowed by paid reservation. Please be aware that from September 9-October 14, we are replacing our elevator and elevator service may not be available. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Other things to note For enhanced hygiene and guest comfort, all linens and towels are professionally laundered off-site by a commercial laundry service. This process ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and quality for every stay. We pride ourselves on our mangrove and nature conservancy area. We are home to many native species, ospreys and other birds, and a feral cat colony, all protected in the Keys. The feral cats and wildlife do not interact with guests, spending most of their time in the mangroves or sunning themselves at the edge of the conservancy. We ask your help in maintaining the health of our wildlife by NOT feeding them unnatural food sources. Feeding is strictly prohibited and fineable Marina slip and/or trailer reservations have to be made prior to arriving with the Dockmaster. RV's and jet skis are not allowed.
