This accommodation offers tranquility with unbeatable views of the mountains and from where many routes leave to enjoy the summer and very close to the Cerler ski resort. You can enjoy the best views of the Valley, in summer from the beautiful terrace and in winter from the same sofa in front of the fireplace. Skiing, biking, hiking, everything from the front door!! The space The house has a master bedroom with its own bathroom with a bathtub, with incredible mountain views that you can enjoy from the bed itself. It has a second room with a bunk bed ideal for children but also perfect for two adults, with direct access to the terrace. And a third bedroom with a very large sofa bed to sleep 2 people comfortably. It has a large kitchen with all the amenities (microwave, Nespresso, juicer, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.) with an American bar that connects with the living room and where it is a delight to have the first coffee of the day watching the sun rise through the mountains. The living room revolves around the fireplace, with the rest area in front of it and with the best views of the entire house to the valley, with a large sofa bed in which 2 people can sleep. The dining area has a table and chairs for 6 people. On the main wall is the 50-inch Smart TV that is visible from any part of the room and even from the kitchen. It has a second bathroom with a shower. It has an underground parking space and next to it is the storage room with enough space for several bicycles, skis and a bench to be able to change your boots. At the entrance to the premises there is a parking area in case you have more than one car. Guest access The apartment is located within a residential development that has private parking, a garden area and a playground. From the door itself, multiple routes pass, such as the one of the three waterfalls, one of the best known. Other things to note The house is a 3-minute drive or 10-15 walk from the first ski lift.
