Guest access Secure building, exterior doors are locked and need key fob to enter. Above ground parking near front door for easy access. Keyless entry for entry to condo. Initial access through front entry and intercom. Missing key sets will be charged back to guest at $125 per set or pass. Monies will be refunded if items are returned in person or mailed back. Other things to note Chris's Cozy Condo's are set up to be your home away from home. I personally lived in the unit and got to know the area. Grocery store is ideally located next door, making meal shopping a breeze. From stocking up on snacks and drinks to stocking your fridge and freezer for longer stays. Laundry room has all the supplies you will need. While we can control what you will see in the condo and bldg, we cannot control what you will see outside the bldg. With proximity to downtown you may occasionally see transient and vulnerable people in the downtown area. Edmonton is a safe city, however you should always practice street smarts.
