Cozy apartment with atmosphere

An apartment in a green area, with good access to the city center. There are plenty of interesting books to read in the bathtub. A separate bedroom with a huge bed, silence and birdsong outside the window. The apartment is not a typical empty house for short-term rent, I live in it and there are my things in it, and since I travel a lot, I rent it occasionally.
