Immersed in the quiet of Scoglitti, a charming seaside village on the Ragusa coast, our apartments (Melanzana and Basilico, renovated in July 2024) offer the ideal place for a relaxing and private vacation, between the sea, culture and authentic flavors. Scoglitti, a few kilometers from the archaeological excavations of Kamarina, still retains its soul as a fishing village. In the morning at the picturesque marina, you can watch the boats return and buy fresh fish. The space The modern Villa offers everything you need for an exclusive, romantic, relaxing and totally private vacation. It is a newly built house (July 2024) on the ground floor, offering fully air-conditioned accommodation with a shared private pool in the garden, (open from March to November) barbecue, fitness and free Wi-Fi and washing machine. You can easily reach the building from a free parking space on the property. The apartment has an open space with double sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, bidet, sink, and Smart TV. You can relax in the large garden overlooking the pool, listen to your favorite music directly by the pool with comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor shower. Scoglitti, a seaside village, is located a few kilometers from the archaeological excavations of Kamarina. In addition, for those who wish, the property has bicycles available to visit the coast, with its cycle paths to admire the immense free and sandy beaches! Guest access Melanzana Apartment: sleeps 2/4. Each apartment has a private entrance, private veranda, equipped kitchen, sun loungers and towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and free parking space. Guests can relax in the swimming pool (open from March to November) shared with the Basilico apartment, stroll along the promenade thanks to the bicycles available and cycle paths, and bring their pets with them –they are also entitled to a vacation!
