Charming independent Mediterranean house, located in a prestigious Catalan masia in the middle of a botanical garden. Shared pool access, park access, fountains, eco-friendly vegetable garden, chicken coop. The house has 2 private terraces with direct access to the garden. You can enjoy this peaceful and unique place as a couple, as a family if you have one or two children, or with close friends. Only a 7-minute drive from the beach. The space The house is part of an estate comprising a main house run by the hosts and two other independent houses (including this one). Check-in is by car, free private parking is available at the entrance before the gate. The "Casa Mediterránea" has two entrances, a main one overlooking the living room and a secondary one overlooking the kitchen. The living room also has a double bed (150 cm) a little set back as well as an opening to the hallway and an interior window overlooking the bedroom. The hallway serves a double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is quite basic in the sense that the oven and hobs are not recent. This place perfectly integrated with nature, has solar panels, Wi-Fi (quite weak), hot water (not drinking water) and air conditioning in the living room as well as in the bedroom. Sheets, towels, hairdryer and soaps are provided. You can request breakfast service (€15), catering and babysitting. A place of peace in harmony with nature in which you feel free, in which you can create, have fun or just stroll. This little piece of heaven, located away from prying eyes, welcomes you with family, friends or alone to recharge your batteries in the middle of its incredible botanical garden (more than 600 trees) and spend a timeless moment while having access to beautiful beaches just ten minutes away. Located in the beautiful village of Sant Pere de Ribes in Catalonia, nestled in the middle of vineyards, you can enjoy an enchanting landscape as far as the eye can see.
