It has all the crockery, cutlery and glassware you should need for your stay. The living room area has a sofa, two arm chairs, a coffee and side tables. It has a woodburning stove which gives a cosy feel to the elegant space. The views out the patio doors are stunning taking in the fields, hills and forestry of the local area along with the remains of Burgie castle. The windows that look out East have seats over the radiators and views over to Burghead and to the Moray Firth. With a mix of rustic and modern features the dining area is a relaxing space to eat in style and comfort. The dining table seats 6. The cottage is non-smoking. 2 well behaved dogs/pets are allows but we ask that they are kept of furniture and that they are cleaned up after. Parking is adjacent to the cottage with an access ramp to the door. High-chair and travel cot are available on request. Guest access Guests have sole use of the whole cottage and the surrounding garden. Before your stay you will be given the code to the lock box to access the key. The cottage is set at a quiet corner of Burgie Estate and road access is through the working farms. We work to maintain the farm roads continuously, however this is a never ending job and the weather can cause issues with this. Please be mindful of the roads when accessing the cottage. Other things to note 2 well behaved dogs are permitted - please pick up the dog poo from out side the cottage before your departure. The cottage is situated on a working farm.
