Home in Armadale

Light-filled, spacious, newly renovated house with garden and large deck in immediate proximity to Malvern Central, cafes, restaurants and shops of High Street and Glenferrie Road, and a short walk to Armadale train station as well as trams 5 and 6. Armadale is a lovely inner suburb close to the city. The guest room with ensuite will be made up for guests while we are away. A washing machine, dryer and undercover car park are available. Long stays are preferred. The space Our house is centrally located, light-filled, newly renovated with double glazed windows, split system AC units in every room and a nice outdoor space. We would like for guests to look after our house while we are overseas. We will make the guest bedroom with a double bed, ensuite and plenty of storage space available. Large kitchen, dining area, living room, outdoor area, laundry and undercover car park will be available to guests. An empty room on the ground floor could be set up as a workspace or second bedroom if desired. The living room is set up with a smart TV, electric fire and couch that converts into a double bed.
