The space The apartment was completely renovated in 11/2024. The modern apartment offers with its approx. 60 m² total area enough space for a nice, relaxing stay. You enter the apartment and find a small storage room to the left of the hallway small storage room for individual use and the bathroom with shower. The bright living/dining room with an open kitchen, comfortable and a cozy dining area is inviting and furnished with great attention to detail furnished with great attention to detail. The south-facing terrace and leaves nothing to be desired. In the basement you will find a storage room and an underground parking space. A unique wellness area in the house with a large swimming pool, sauna, steam sauna, solarium (for a fee) and a large relaxation room in the house offer excellent opportunities to relax. Other things to note The underground parking space is free of charge for our guests! For the SPA area we provide a bathrobe, 2 sauna towels and disposable slippers for a fee of € 20.00 per person.
