Está is one of four rooms that we offer on this platform. Having a street view it is common for the sounds of the city to arrive, if needed they can ask us for earplugs or bring their own. Recently different establishments have opened on the street across the street so there will be noise in the evenings since Wednesday and weekend . We provide towels (1 towel per guest per stay) and clean sheets, Wi-Fi, and your set of keys so you can come and go as you please. In hot weather a fan is available, and in cold weather we leave them one more blanket in the room, if you need an additional one do not hesitate to order it. For the safety of our guests and ours we DO not conduct visits before booking. Guest access The house has three floors. The entrance is through the garage on the ground floor. On the first floor is the social area, living rooms, dining rooms, and kitchen, which you can use without any problem. When you finish using it, remember to leave it as you found it. I leave you a small towel to dry your dishes and you can put them away after using them to avoid obstructing the use of the kitchen for others. Each room has an assigned place to store your food in the refrigerator and in the cupboard, as well as dishes and containers of an assigned color (yellow🟨). Please respect that. Behind the kitchen is a small patio where you can smoke. The room area is on the second floor, and finally on the third floor is the roof terrace, which you can use from 8 am to 6 pm, after which it is kept closed for everyone's safety. During your stay Whenever you need it, I'll be happy to help you. Other things to note We are in a transit area of cars and people, due to the nearby offices and schools, so during the week it is a bit noisy during the day. Recently, different establishments have opened on the street in front that open from Wednesday afternoon and especially on the weekend. We invite you to bring your earplugs, although I usually provide them in case you forget them. For stays of one month or more, we do mandatory cleaning once every fifteen days (already included in the cost). If you need extra cleaning, there would be an additional cost of $200 per cleaning.
