There is also a garage for those traveling with vehicles. Other things to note Our home is designed for those who appreciate art and design. We kindly ask that guests treat the space with care and respect. 2 cleaning days are included, we charge extra $200 per cleaning day and offer laundry services too. Safety First: Our property is equipped with security cameras monitored by local police and private security. This system is in place to protect our guests and ensure peace of mind. 2. Keys and Access: Keep your keys safe. Lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $200. Ensure doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property. 3. No Fire Hazards: Candles, incense, and open flames are prohibited inside the house to reduce fire risk. 4. No Drugs or Illegal Substances: Any use of illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the property. --- Respect for the Property 5. Guests and Visitors: Bringing strangers into the house without prior permission is **strictly prohibited**. Unauthorized guests will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and removal from the property. This rule is non-negotiable. 6. Furniture and Décor: Please do not rearrange furniture or remove any items from the house. Treat all furnishings and appliances with care. 7. Cleanliness: Keep the home clean and tidy during your stay. Dishes should be washed after use, and garbage should be disposed of in the designated bins. 8. Pets: No pets are allowed on the property without prior approval. --- Behavior and Etiquette 9. Noise Levels: Quiet hours are from **10 PM to 8 AM**. Please respect the tranquility of our neighborhood and avoid loud music or disruptive behavior. 10. Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed indoors. A designated smoking area is available outside. Violation of this rule will result in a $500 cleaning fee. 11. Respecting the Space: Our home is a temple of peace and respect. While we encourage you to explore Brazil’s vibrant romantic culture, any sexual activities involving additional partners must occur outside the property. Brazilian "motels" are uniquely designed for such experiences. 12. Appropriate Behavior: Any form of harassment, violence, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal. --- For Families with Children 13. Family-Friendly Environment: Families are warmly welcomed! For everyone's comfort: - Please supervise children at all times, especially around the pool or outdoor areas. - We have provided some child-friendly amenities (e.g., high chairs, plastic dishes, etc.). Please handle them with care and inform us if anything is damaged. - Noise levels should be managed, particularly during quiet hours, to ensure a peaceful stay for other guests and neighbors. 14. Outdoor Play: While children are encouraged to enjoy the outdoor areas, ensure they respect plants, furniture, and property boundaries. 15.
