Rosthern’s newest guesthouse is fully renovated to meet all your needs for rest, whether you are coming for work, to visit at the care homes or hospital, or to participate in Rosthern’s vibrant community life. Requests for less than a 3 night stay allowed. Family-friendly accommodations. Across the street is a playground, a quick walk to the grocery store and other downtown amenities, close to the hospital. BYO TV streaming apps as there is unlimited internet but no TV service. The space Enjoy spending time together in an open plan kitchen, dining nook, and living room. Master bedroom has ensuite bath with shower. Laundry, bedroom 2 and a full bath with tub/shower complete the main floor. Bedroom 3 and a half bath are in the basement. A bbq/picnic area adds to the large backyard. Directly across the street is a park for the kids. Garage is available for use. Great parking for work crew. Fast fibre Internet. We have secured the 2 single beds in the master bedroom together, however they can easily be separated. Please let us know when booking if you would prefer these beds made up individually. Guest access This entire property is for guest use, although we ask that you DO NOT enter the furnace/storage room except for emergency, and DO NOT enter the crawl space. Other things to note What does “quiet hours” mean? - No unregistered guests. - No activities or volume that would disturb the neighbours. - No deliveries.
