Designed for comfort, play, and relaxation, this home is ideal for families, couples, or friends looking for a stylish place to unwind, and provides a clean and safe space for pets. Inside, you’ll find a beautifully updated kitchen with a high-end stove, dishwasher, breakfast bar, and all the essentials to cook and gather with ease. The open living room features cozy new sofas and a smart TV with streaming subscriptions to Netflix, Disney+, and Paramount+, making it the perfect place to settle in for a movie night. The converted garage offers even more entertainment with a dedicated game room. A large TV and preloaded PS5, pool table, and dart board make it a go-to spot for fun, while an extra refrigerator keeps your beverages cold. The home also includes a full laundry area with washer and dryer and exercise equipment for when you're feeling productive! Step outside to enjoy a peaceful backyard setting complete with a firepit table and barbecue grill—propane is provided. There’s outdoor dining space for up to eight guests, making it easy to enjoy sunny afternoons or cool coastal evenings under the stars. In the front, a blooming rose garden welcomes you home. The home offers driveway parking for two vehicles and additional free street parking. Located across the street from a neighborhood park and playground, and just a few blocks from the Lookout Point Trailhead, this getaway offers easy access to outdoor adventure while remaining close to all that Lompoc has to offer. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire home, front and back yards, and garage with washer, dryer and game room. There's driveway parking for two cars and free street parking. Self-check-in via smart lock. The home is stocked with essentials to help you settle in and enjoy your stay. Landscaping service comes on Saturday or Sunday for an hour, hosts take the trash in and out from the back gate on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Other things to note Lompoc is the best vantage point on the West Coast for viewing the stellar rocket launches by NASA and SpaceX from Vandenberg Space Force Base. Missile launch days and times are released several days in advance and are subject to change based on weather conditions and/or mechanical challenges. Once booked, we'll provide you with all the details you need in your guest portal for checking launch schedules! No RV parking in driveway or on the road.
