This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located less than 5 blocks from Independence Square, this comfortable residence offers you access to the most important points of Montevideo. The Wifi is fast and stable, allowing you to work from here if you wish. The space The room is very bright, it has a bow window facing Paysandú Street with voile and blackout curtains. The bathroom is very comfortable, with unlimited hot water and a bidet. The bathroom is not en-suite, it is outside the room 4 meters away (with a key). In the living area you will find: -Super comfortable double sofa bed - 39-inch smart TV -A coffee table - Desk - Laptop -Ergonomic office chair with wheels -dining table with 3 chairs - A minibar -Basic tableware The WiFi is fast and stable, allowing you to work online in total comfort. The bed is very comfortable, with a standard double mattress, two pillows and cushions. It has two bedside tables, a dresser and a hanger with hangers. In the house we have 4 shared common areas. -Kitchen in the backyard -game room, laundry room, and gym - A rooftop terrace The shared kitchen is a very spacious area, with a skylight and many natural plants. It is 100% equipped. It has a large living room with chairs and tables. The basement is equipped as a game room. There you will find: -a living room with armchairs, a table, and chairs -Smart TV with DirecTV cable -wood-burning stove - A pool table - A mini ping-pong table -Various board games In another part of the basement, we have the washing machine (free to use) and the gym. Each guest will use the soap of their choice. There are ropes on the roof to hang clothes. In the gym there is: - A Bravo treadmill -Exercise bench -Various weights - A pilates ball The house's rooftop has a terrace with stunning panoramic views of the port of Montevideo. Ideal for relaxing and enjoying yourself after a long day of work or walking. There is also a grill for cooking. Guest access Guests have full and free access to common areas at all times, always respecting the noise volume during rest hours. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. During your stay Guests can reach me via the platform chat or through my phone number. Other things to note The bathroom is private, for the exclusive use of the room's guests, but it is not en suite. The bathroom door is 3 meters from the bedroom door (they face the same hallway)
