Located in a prime location, you can enjoy the urban advantages of downtown. Parking directly at the property can be used free of charge. In the apartment you will find 2 bedrooms with king size double beds plus 1 sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine & TV. The space Our charming revitalized old building was completely renovated not too long ago and therefore offers modern living with a feel-good character. There are 2 bedrooms with a king size bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen-living room with terrace. Modern high-quality furnishings in Boho/Scandi style and the use of natural materials create direct well-being. In addition to the basic amenities, this apartment offers its own parking space right outside the door. Guest access You can park at the back of the building and also remove the front door key from the key box. This will take you directly into the building opposite the elevator and you will find your apartment on the left. Other things to note The place is fully equipped. Towels, linens, shower gel, cooking utensils, etc. are available to make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. Guests will receive an information folder before arrival with important details from check-in to recommendations to check-out. Please note: the overnight stay tax is a statutory fee payable by guests to the accommodation establishment. The amount is €2.50 per person per night.
