The apartment offers city views/ Harbor views and mountain views! Along with all the essential and extra amenities to help make for a fantastic and relaxing stay. This is including an imported German SMEG oven with electric plate stove, flat screen TV,Netflix, Youtube , 24 hour security and much more! This building offers a urban-chic space. A fully equipped gym looking out to the sun deck. There is a pool on the patio offering city/mountain and harbour views, along with a pool bar serving gin and craft beers! There are numerous communal lounges and sitting areas with a pool table. The entire building is available to you Guest access As a guest you will have access to the entire apartment as well as all the building facilities such as: *The restaurants and convenience stores on the ground floor. *The laundromat on the first floor which consists of washers and dryers. *The full fourth floor which consists of ample communal seating areas, communal lounge, pool table, smoking deck, pool on the patio as well as the amazing pool bar! *You have a privately allocated parking bay in the modernized parking garage which is only for you! If anyone uses your spot, they will be clamped, so you will never have that additional stress! Other things to note Kindly Note: We request IDs before arrival. Only the people who's names appear on the booking will be granted access to the unit unless prior arrangements have been made. This is purely for security purposes to arrange with security to grant you access into the building.
