Country house with heated pool

A small country house with everything you need to spend a few days disconnected. Everything prepared and equipped for a stay of up to 6 people. HEATED POOL!! Located in a private development and on a private property, with private parking and everything exclusively for guests. We are 3 km from Los Palacios, 8 km from Utrera, 46 km from Seville airport and 32 km from Real Alcazar. Good connection to the AP4 Seville-Cadiz The space The accommodation is fully equipped for a vacation or disconnection stay. It has air conditioning (hot/cold) and free Wi-Fi. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two twin beds, and a double sofa bed in the living room. Guests are provided with sheets and blankets for their stay. The bathroom has a shower, toiletries, and towels. The kitchenette in the living room consists of a refrigerator with freezer, ceramic stovetop, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, glassware, crockery, and cutlery. It has everything you need for up to 6 guests, so no non-guests are allowed. Guest access Outside there is a private parking lot (up to 3 cars) Terrace area with outdoor dining area and seating area. A gas-powered Weber barbecue. 4 sun loungers with their respective towels. An outdoor shower (cold/hot) And a HEATED pool The accommodation is designed to accommodate up to 6 people, so access to non-guests is not allowed. ALL ACCOMMODATION AND SERVICES PROVIDED ARE FOR THE PRIVATE USE OF THE GUESTS SLOW internet connection. No fiber optic. Other things to note Starting in October, the pool is heated so you can enjoy it during the winter months This space is not equipped for parties or hosting more than 6 people.
