Lovely Condo-Superb View-Smart TV/WiFi

<< ONLY VALID IDs & VAX CARDs NEEDED >> Fairly new fully furnished 1BR condo w/ balcony near SM City Sta. Mesa. This unit is on the 37th floor overlooking the Antipolo, Rizal skyline. Situated in a quiet neighborhood within walking distances to the mall, Churches, restaurants, hospitals, schools, beauty & wellness centers, auto shops, etc. 39" smart TV, Netflix, local channels, 50Mbps WiFi, hot shower, refrigerator, kitchen w/ induction cooker, utensils, rice cooker, electric kettle, etc. The space The condo is approximately 27 sqm. in size with 1 bedroom and a balcony. Please note that the space may not be suitable to host more than three large individuals. Other things to note The Condominium Administration requires a copy of the passport or Philippine government issued ID and vaccination card/certificate of all the occupants of the property submitted prior to arrival for building security purposes. Late submission may result to delays with the check-in. Non submission may be denied entry to the building. After booking, please provide us your flight or travelling details if you are travelling in on your check-in day so our we can monitor your flight or travel situation and plan for your check-in in case there will be delays. CHECK IN/OUT Standard check-in starts at 3:00PM and check-out until 12 Noon. Earlier check-in is allowed if the unit is ready (see rates below). Please advise us upon booking. You will be notified on or before the check-in day if it is possible. In-person check-out with the host / unit caretaker is encouraged. Guest accepts full responsibility if they choose otherwise. Self check-in can be arranged if you are arriving late or not sure of your arrival time. There is a P300 fee for assisted check-ins between 6PM-8AM and has to be paid directly to the host / unit caretaker. We do not live on-site. Early check-in and late check-out time are subject to the availability of the property. Fee is P150 (first 2 pax) per hour or fraction thereof and has to be paid in advance to the host or co-host. TOWELS/LINENS A clean set of Towels/bed sheet/pillow cases will be provided when you check-in and every 10 days of your stay. Standard set is good for 2 guests and also when extra guests are paid for. There is a PHP300 fee to request for a new set for 2 guests plus 150 for each additional guest to cover for laundry and transportation expenses.
