The upstairs area has three bedrooms: a master bedroom that opens up to a beautiful balcony overlooking the neighborhood; a kids' bedroom with two sets of bunk beds; and a third bedroom with two twin beds. Each bedroom features its own bathroom. The town of Olon, just a five-minute walk from the house, offers guests Ecuadorian and foreign dining options as well as supermarkets and other convenience stores. Montañita, one of Ecuador's top tourist destinations known for its surfing and nightlife, is just a five-minute drive away. Montañita known for its nightlife and surf is only five minutes away. Guest access The entire house is available for guests. Optional cleaning service is included in the listed price. Wireless internet and a washer/dryer are also included. Every part of the house is accessible to guests. It is optional to hire the cleaning service, which is even in the price.
