The space The Bell House is a chic Spanish-style home that offers both privacy and comfort, with a spacious kitchen and living area perfect for gathering with family and friends. Entry is at street level, leading down a staircase to the main living space and pool terrace below. A screened sunroom creates a breezy indoor-outdoor retreat, complete with a hammock—perfect for an afternoon nap or relaxing with a book. Just off the sunroom is a dedicated office equipped with a desk, chair, and monitor, plus a daybed for a quick recharge between tasks. Workout equipment is available for your use, including yoga mats and blocks, free weights, a jump rope, and more—perfect for staying active during your stay. The pool deck is designed for outdoor living, featuring a dining table, comfortable seating area, large adjustable umbrella, sun loungers, and a propane Weber grill—ideal for enjoying meals and sunsets. All three bedrooms, as well as the main living room, are equipped with air conditioning, while the screened terrace includes ceiling fans for additional comfort. The primary suite features its own private entrance for added seclusion, along with direct access to the pool deck. **Bedroom Layout:** * **Primary Suite:** King bed, ensuite bathroom, A/C, private entrance, and direct pool access * **Bedroom 2:** King bed, A/C, shared full bathroom * **Bedroom 3:** Two twin beds, A/C, shared full bathroom The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, including a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, rice maker, air fryer, toaster, blender, and more. For added peace of mind, the home is equipped with a 700-gallon backup water cistern and a new Generac propane generator to help mitigate Puerto Rico’s occasional power or water outages. We kindly ask guests to be mindful of utility usage during their stay. Guest access Guests can access the entire property except for one room off the back deck, which is locked for the owners' use only. There's plenty of parking. Other things to note We reserve the right to cancel or limit bookings based on the number of nights during holiday weeks/weekends (3–7 nights). Exceptions may apply. We are located on the western point of Puerto Rico, close to several airports: • Aguadilla (BQN) – 30 minutes away, with daily flights from JFK, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando (JetBlue), and Newark (United). • Mayagüez (MAZ) – 25 minutes away, with 6 daily Cape Air flights from San Juan—an excellent way to avoid the long drive from SJU. • San Juan (SJU) – 2.5 hours away, with daily flights on all major airlines. • Ponce (PSE) – 1.5 hours away, with JetBlue service. Rental car options: Avis, Hertz, Budget, Enterprise, Target, and Charlie’s Car Rental. Rideshares: Uber is not available in Rincón, and taxis are limited—advance scheduling is required. Taxi and private car services can be arranged for airport transfers. The home features a Generac propane generator for power outages and a 700-gallon water cistern with pump for water outages. Power and water interruptions do occur in Puerto Rico, so we kindly ask guests to use utilities mindfully—please do not waste water or electricity, and always turn off A/C units when not in the room.
