M1 motorway Junction 5 minutes. 20 mins East Midlands Airport (pick up for £25) Nottingham 15 minutes by bus or tram. The space The annex, has a giant sized bed, dining area and large flat screen tv. Private en-suite with walk in shower and toilet. It has a large private parking area and its own outside access. Very Quiet, verdant grounds with ducks, chickens, squirrels all enjoying an attractive garden area;. The property is secluded at the end of a long drive off the main road. WiFi included. No kitchen, but for your convenience, Microwave, Air-fryer, and coffee/tea making facilities and small fridge/freezer. Hair dryer, Iron and ironing board, towels and toiletries provided. There is a children's playground just 100yds from us and lots of greenery for dog walking. There are many local pubs and most are dog friendly, especially the one at the end of the drive. Varied and good restaurants abound many nice public houses, and further afield the lovely Wollaton Park, or near Ikea (5 minutes by car) two well loved canals along the Erewash Valley trail. In Kimberley don't forget to walk up to the Chapel on the Hill with commanding views over the surrounding countryside, walk a little further and visit the lions (yep, one big male and 2 females in a private collectors garden. Safe and well fenced in of course), then visit Bluebell Wood (and the Queens Head on the way). Best coffee in Nottinghamshire is at the "No18" on the precinct which serves 200 degree coffee. We have Indian, Italian, Korean, Chinese and English cuisine all within walking distance. The Queens head is the best traditional food. Guest access The property is very secluded at the end of a long drive from the main road (you wouldn't think a house is up there). Direct guest access from the private car park is via the far side of the house to the patio just past the small duck pond. In the unlocked annex will be your own key, self check-in in your own room and private access door. Other things to note Quiet pets and their well behaved owners are welcome. Dogs must not be left alone if they are caused stress as a result, and please, please, no dogs on the bed. We will provide a floor blanket if required. A small charge is levied for pets to cover extra cleaning. Daytime lets for office/meetings also possible. Arrival and check in times can also be varied by prior arrangement.
