Annex with large bed/dining area with en-suite, attached to a large house that is set in its own grounds, with private access drive in Park location. Daytime use office/meetings possible. Very quiet and secluded, with nearby shops and 9 pubs and restaurants in addition to attractive countryside & canals. Private Parking. M1 motorway Junction 5 minutes. 20 minutes from East Midlands Airport (pick up available for £25) Nottingham City Centre 15 minutes by bus or tram. Derbyshire Dales 40 mins. The space The annex, has a giant sized bed, dining area and flat screen tv. Private en-suite walk in shower and toilet. It has its own outside access via terrace and garden to large private parking area. Very Quiet, verdant grounds with ducks, chickens, squirrels all enjoying an attractive area;. The property is secluded at the end of a long drive off the main road. WiFi included and coffee/tea making facilities, mini fridge. Hair dryer, towels and toiletries. There are many local pubs and mostly are dog friendly, especially the one at the end of the drive. Varied and good restaurants around many nice public houses, and further afield the lovely Wollaton Park, or near Ikea (5 minutes by car) two well loved canals along the Erewash Valley trail. In Kimberley don't forget to walk up to the Chapel on the Hill with commanding views over the surrounding countryside, visit Bluebell Wood (and the Queens Head on the way). Best coffee in Nottinghamshire is at the "No18" on the precinct which only serves 200 degree coffee. We have Indian, Italian, Korean, Chinese and English cuisine all within walking distance. Guest access Direct guest access from the private car park is via the rear of the house to the patio just past the small duck pond. Own key, own door. Other things to note Quiet pets and their well behaved owners welcome. Dogs must not be left alone if they are caused stress as a result please, and please, no dogs on the bed. We will provide a floor blanket if required. Daytime lets for office/meetings also possible. Arrival and check in times can also be varied by prior arrangement.
