Quiet Brunswick West share house and housemates

Situated 6km from Melbourne CBD Surrounded by trams, trains, buses & shops Quiet residential area tucked away from the main <3 of Brunswick When living here, i try & give back to the couchsurfing community. I try & host travelers as best i can - my profile here; couchsurfing..../people/locrocks When I'm traveling myself, my room is on AirBnb haha I live with 3 lovely humans, 35-40y/o We've poured love into our space I hope you enjoy your time here The space My room, should you choose to accept it (you should) will be accompanied with a big backyard complete with a body of water & swing A park across awaits you across the road, for some epic sunsets Strike up some conversation with my dead set legends for house mates Wifi reaches the entire house @ ~50.0Mbps Feel free to use my standing desk with monitor, keyboard, mouse The bed is on the floor, with lots of storage space - I'll move my things before i go go Other things to note: No Smokers The house has floorboards so you'll need to be conscious of the amount of noise you create when moving about the house and some general consideration when others are asleep. During your stay I will be away on a family holiday to Viet Nam to visit my mum & grandma (she's 95!) i havent been back in 5 years Other things to note We also dont use the heating! Only book only if you're comfortable with the cold! During the day, when the sun is out, the front porch becomes a tanning salon Otherwise, if you're busy out exploring anyway, you can score a cheap room with cool people!
