If you need anything during your stay, I’m just nearby and happy to help! Other things to note Please note that the apartment is located on the second floor and there is no lift available. This may pose challenges for guests with mobility difficulties or those using a pushchair. Additionally, as the apartment is situated in the town centre, guests may experience some noise during both the day and night. Heating Policy: For everyone’s comfort and to help manage energy costs, the maximum fair-use heating temperature is 23°C. Fair usage agreed at £10pd**. If heating is used above this level, a £10 extra per day charge may apply. Please do not leave heating on when not in apartment or with windows open. Please do not leave items plugged in. This policy does not apply to stays where electricity is not included, or during warmer months when heating is generally not needed. Stays Longer Than One Week: To help keep the home comfortable and fresh during longer stays, we’re happy to offer a weekly housekeeping service. This includes cleaning the main living areas and changing bed linen and towels. The service is completely optional and available at a subsidised cost per clean.
