Spacious and comfortable house, Located close to the historic center of ST BRIEUC, the port of Légué, train stations and BUS lines. The beaches of Valais and Rosaires are 5 and 8 km away. The seaside resorts of ST QUAY PORTRIEUX, PLENEUF VAL ANDRE and ERQUY are nearby. Within a radius of less than 100 km, you can discover the pink granite coast on one side and the emerald coast on the other, and inland the medieval cities of QUINTIN, MONCONTOUR and DINAN. The space The accommodation can accommodate 6 people and possibly 2 additional people in the sofa bed in the living room. Composed of a large kitchen/dining room on the ground floor with a small outdoor patio with garden furniture and barbecue, upstairs, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 beds and 3 bedrooms, a bedroom with a 160 bed for 2 people and a private bathroom and 2 other bedrooms on the 2 nd floor each with two separate beds for one person, and a bathroom/toilet to share. Guest access The property is divided into two independent dwellings, one of which is occupied by the owner. The courtyard, the glass airlock and the garbage room are shared. Access to the accommodation is via the white wooden front door overlooking the street. Free parking and an electric vehicle station are available nearby. Other things to note No pets allowed, parties are not allowed, the entire space is non-smoking. What is not included and to be provided by you: toiletries, towels, shampoos, body wash, toothpaste... However, we can help you out at your request. A cupboard on the 1st floor with the necessary troubleshooting is available. For your breakfast, you will find a kettle, permanent filter coffee makers and a "dolce Gusto" capsule machine. Books, magazines, tourist documents, maps, comics are available for consultation. In the glass airlock, there is a piece of furniture intended for small and large children, with board games and toys.
