Coastal Treehouse: Unique Glamping Experience

The ultimate GLAMPING experience!This is a FUN, magical treehouse located 5 to 15 minutes away from all these destinations along the main beach tourist scenic route in South County on a nature preserve. It’s like a tiny house with heated shower and toilet build underneath. It's safe ancomfortable.. plan your next getaway or adventure. Bring your bicycle! You can bike to the beach or visit Newport only 12 minutes away! There is no Air conditioner or heat but fans are provided and blankets! The space This is an 80 square foot treehouse, nestled in the trees near a main road. It consists of a pull out sofa that turns into a full size bed, as well as a loft for another guest to sleep on. TV, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, utensils, running water, bedding, towels, white noise machine, fan and basic toiletries are included. Below the treehouse is a small bathroom that houses a toilet, sink and shower with hot water. There is no Air conditioner or heat. PLEASE NOTE: - This is a unique “glamping” experience and NOT like staying at a hotel. Imagine being in a tiny house up in the sky! - Bring a flashlight 🔦 the path to the treehouse can be dark at night! - The bathroom is a wet bath, which means that everything is in one space, without a separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. Host will not assume any responsibility of liability for water damage anywhere on the property. The window opens in the loft and when raining it can cause wetness in loft. If you leave window open, we can't be responsible for any water damage to personal belongings in loft. You will have to walk down the stairs and under the treehouse to access the bathroom. - The sofa bed is full size and best for 1 person or 2 people of medium build. One additional guest can sleep in the loft, which has a weight limit of 200 lbs and a height restriction of 5’11”. It will require climbing a ladder and is only appropriate for sleeping. - The tree house is located very close to the main road that leads to the beaches. It can get noisy, especially in the morning. Light sleepers may have difficulty in this accommodation! - There is no air conditioning, but a fan is in the room and there are windows with screens that provide additional ventilation. - Just like with camping, being in the woods means more potential for bugs. The treehouse is well sealed, but the occasional bug may get in while you enter or exit the treehouse, just like you would expect when entering and exciting a tent. - This is an experience, NOT a hotel 😊 - Not suitable for young children or people who have difficulty climbing stairs. Host will not assume any liability for injury or damage to personal belongings. This is a glamping experience. Guest access You will have the treehouse and a parking spot on the RIGHT when you pull into driveway. See treehouse parking sign and orange cones that say guest parking. Other things to note No fires or outdoor cooking or grill is allowed. This poses a fire risk. Host will not assume any liability. There is no heat except 800 watt electrical fan. No loud music. No parties. No smoking. No drugs. No unregistered guests. The is a toilet and HOT shower and sink Please bring Flip flops for the shower. It's built down the stairs and under the treehouse. The loft has a max weight of 200 pounds. And height restriction of 5”11 or under. It’s designed for guests with a medium to small build. The loft may not be suitable for guests that can’t climb a ladder and maneuver into the small sleeping space. I will supply clean sheets and blankets for the futon couch and a blanket for loft. The futon can fit two people, but depending on the height and body style of both guests sleeping side by side; it might not be very comfortable. There is a window in loft. If it is opened during a rain storm the rain will enter loft and can cause water damage or wetness to personal belongings. Host will not assume liability for any damage to personal belongings from water damage. Lift and press down the back section to convert into sleeping area. I also have towels for the shower.
