The room is also equipped with ample closet space. You’ll have exclusive access to a spacious private living area that includes a TV, pool table, and a kitchenette with essentials like a kettle, coffee machine, and microwave. Step outside to enjoy a peaceful backyard with grand views of the Georges River, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening drink. Our family lives upstairs, where you'll also find the main kitchen, which is shared. There is parking in the driveway and there is plenty of free street side parking as well. This setup provides you with privacy while allowing easy access to additional amenities if needed.
