The carefully maintained & fully equipped, ~65m2 apartment is the perfect starting point for your stay in Graz. Very centrally located, you can reach congress-Graz in 5 minutes on foot, as well as the soccer arena and the city center in 10-15 minutes on foot. The streetcar and bus stop are 1min away, in 5min you are on the highway by car. In the middle of life, yet the accommodation is quiet and invites you to live and work. The space The accommodation offers comfortable space for up to 3 guests (pull-out sofa) and is located on the top floor. It has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area, as well as a living and working area with a projector. You can reach the upper floor via the accommodation's staircase, where you will find the loft with a comfortable double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination, a washing machine and a separate WC. You reach the accommodation on the 1st floor via a staircase. Guest access The apartment can be used without restrictions. Other things to note For F1 fans, Graz can also be a great starting point, there are buses that run regularly between Graz and the Ring on Formula 1 weekends.
