Wildlife can be seen regularly; including deer, turkey, groundhogs, squirrels, rabbits, etc. The property is far enough in the country to see millions of stars on a clear night but close enough for a day drive to Pittsburgh or Erie. 2nd downstairs bathroom being added Jan 2026! The space The property is almost 100 acres of forest and farmland. There is a large pond stocked with bass, bluegill, crappie and catfish. There are plenty of other water creatures as well, including snapping turtles. The northern boundary of the property is Prather Creek which has native and stocked trout. Other things to note The only bathroom is on the 2nd floor with the bedrooms. Downstairs bathroom is being added in early 2026!
